About XperiWorker

A community-powered firmware tracker for Sony Xperia devices

What Happened

Sony previously maintained official APIs and services that allowed users and developers to check for firmware updates, download firmware files, and obtain SPC codes for their Xperia devices.

In recent years, Sony has progressively shut down these services, making it increasingly difficult for the Xperia community to track firmware updates and obtain the information needed to update their devices.

XperiWorker was created to fill this gap by providing a community-driven platform where Xperia users can share and discover firmware information.

How It Works

XperiWorker is entirely community-powered. Our database grows through contributions from Xperia users around the world who report:

  • New firmware versions they discover on their devices
  • SPC (Sales and Product Code) codes for different regions and carriers
  • Security patch information and release dates

When you receive a firmware update on your Xperia device, you can submit the details to XperiWorker so others know it's available. Similarly, if you know your device's SPC code, sharing it helps others who need it for flashing or unlocking.

How to Find Your Device Info

Model Number

Go to Settings → About Phone. Look for "Model number" or "Model name". It will look like XQ-DQ54 or SO-51A.

Build/Firmware Version

In Settings → About Phone, look for "Build number". It will look like 67.1.A.2.145.

SPC Code

Dial *#*#7378423#*#* on your phone to open the service menu. Navigate to "Service info" → "Configuration" and look for the SPC value (format: XXXX-XXXX).
